Why do you want to work as a nanny?

My name is Kacie McConnell, I'm 27 years old, and a very active person. I come from a big family with lots of kids. I'm in school part-time for Fitness/Health, and are about to finish my associates in Applied Science. I have been watching kids for my job all my life, and been a nanny for 5 really nice family's. I have also worked in a few schools, for summer school and as a sub. I grew up in Crystal Lake, lived in Chicago for a year, then returned back to Crystal Lake to go back to school. I just moved to AZ to start my life out here. I'm looking to work part-time or full time, I have a very flexible schedule to help accommodate your schedule. I have worked with a range of ages but have lots of experience with little kids ages newborn-5 including twins. I'm very outgoing, organized, clean, and great with communication. I plan on having about 3-4 kids of my own some day!
