Why do you want to work as a nanny?

I have worked with ages 6 weeks-12 years for over 5 years. I've worked at Scottsdale Childcare and Learning Center, Kidspark and Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Children are a blessing and I believe that babysitting/nannying should include providing an educational and emotionally safe environment that is fun and respectful. I'm extremely flexible with parents and am wiling to go above and beyond to help out (cleaning,laundry, cooking etc). I was a nursing student/CNA and nothing grosses me out! I also have a fingerprint clearance card and am Health Provider CPR/First Aid certified.

I've been raised with an extremely strong work ethic and no matter what I am doing, I always give my 100%. I believe in being trustworthy, reliable, responsible and love learning each child's personality and how to work with them best. Not that I am against television and other electronic devices, I truly believe in giving the children my full attention at all times and putting that extra effort forth in providing a fun and rewarding environment/relationship via various activities. I feel I am appropriate with a healthy balance between hugs/discipline and will of course follow the requirements made by parents.
