Why do you want to work as a nanny?

I have been a nanny for about 8 years. I have a son that is 15 years old. I live in San Pablo CA but I have always worked in SF. I will keep working in SF because my son attends High School in SF CA. I have great references. Some college education. I am very loving and caring. I like to children to the park, library, for walks. I have experience with newborns and toddlers, school age even teenagers (as my son is a teenage boy) Again I have great references. I speak Spanish. I love dogs. I like cats but unfortunately I am allergic to some cats.

Attitude and work ethic

I am loving and very caring. Once I start with a family its very hard for me to leave them. I like to be part of a family, I fall in love with the children I take care of. When they are under my care, they are my children but I always respect the parents decisions of how to discipline. I believe in communication, and trust. The family needs to trust me completely or we will not be happy working together. Communication is the key in my work. Communication from me and I expect the same from the parents.
