Why do you want to work as a babysitter?

I'm a stay at home mother to my 3 year old daughter, and my life revolves around children and making sure they are happy and healthy. I have over 10 years experience with working with children of all ages, including infancy. I did a lot of babysitting gigs as a teenager, and during the summers of my highschool career I provide a nanny service to a neighborhood family of 4 children. After highschool I worked in a liscensed daycare facility, primarily with ages 2-4, and up to 10 children at a time. I was in charge of maintaining care, structured lessons, providing snacks and meals, and keeping a daily schedule. Shortly after my daughter was born I quit my job as a front office supervisor and went back to school studying Health and Human Services (my degree is still in progress) and stayed at home caring for my daughter and opened my in home daycare. My home is smoke free, and pet free, it is clean and organized. I keep all the children I watch on a structured schedule, with lots of educational and creative activities.
