Why do you want to work as a nanny?

I grew up on a farm in rural WI and my neighbors were forever in need of child care. At age 17, I routinely cared for 4 rowdy boys(aged 4, 6, 8 and 12) and the 3 home school children (age 3, 4, 6), as well as the children of our vet, chiropractor, among other family friends and neighbors. At the retail store where I worked, I was in charge of customers children while they shopped in peace I am currently employed at a group home for kids aged 14-23 with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. Most of the kids have Mild/Moderate MR and diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Prader-Willi Syndrome, OCD, and seizure disorders.
