Why do you want to work as a nanny?
As a young woman, I have plenty of energy that is necessary when caring for children. Caring for children has always been something that brings me joy. I started volunteering at God Loves the Children Daycare Center in 2002 when I was eight years old. From then on, I started baby sitting for a family with 5 children. I cooked, cleaned, and cared for their children every summer for 3 consecutive years. Outside of volunteering at the Daycare center and baby sitting for that family with 5 children, I teach kids ages 2-12 on Sunday mornings in Children's church at Open Door Family Worship Center. As a children's church teacher, I watch 20 kids at a time and I teach bible lessons, create fun activities for the kids and invent unique ways to make learning fun. Typically I include the performing arts in lessons because I love to sing, dance, and act, which most children enjoy as well. As a nanny/babysitter, I strive to make every encounter with children a positive, loving, fun and growing experience.
