Why do you want to work as a nanny?

I have 17 years experience working as a nanny. I have worked with 3 families as a full time nanny. I also have worked as a lead teacher of the infant room in a daycare in addition to working in a church nursery infant room on Sundays. I have worked with children from the ages of newborn - 10 years of age. I also have experience with twins and special needs. In addition to childcare. I briefly worked as a medical assistant (very brief), so I do have knowledge in first aid and CPR.

Attitude and work ethic

I always wanted children of my own, unfortunately that never happened. So working as a nanny is the next best thing for me. I enjoy children, being around them and helping them grow and learn. For me this is the best job. I have done other jobs, including medical assisting and front office work, but I always come back to working with chilren. I belive that children should have fun and get messy, that is how they learn. It is my job to help them do this in a safe and structured environment.
