Why do you want to work as a nanny?

When I was younger I was a baby sitter for people through my neighborhood.The last four years I worked for the Clark County School District,as a Bus Aide for special need students.I have been through various situations when I worked with and watched kids ages 1-22 there.I worked weekdays (mon-fri),at the most 22 kids at one time,on the ccsd bus.I'm currently a stay at home mom. I currently have a baby girl that is three and a half months old.She was born on November 5 of last year. I love her so much and I know how to take care of babies. I'm married to my husband, that i've known for the last two years. They are the love's of my life. I'm very responsible,caring,compassionate,energetic,artistic,creative,on time,and love to work with kids.Im great at art and crafts myself.and took care of the kids/students to make sure they didn't get hurt,but had fun while riding the bus to school.It makes me happy and feel rewarded at the end of the day to see at least one student smile or laugh. *Also in the past,on the weekends, I would help watch my husbands nephew.He was two years old at the time.There were also two teenagers at his house, at the same time that I would help watch.

I am a very responsible,out going,creative,compassionate,artistic person who knows how to get kids/teens to have fun while keeping them safe at the same time.At my job I had to pay attention to more than 7 kids/teens(depending on elem./high school),to make sure that they don't get hurt,or to be there for them if they have a problem like: choking,seizures,passing out,getting sick on bus,or kids starting fights.I'm great at problem solving, de-escalating issues(if a kid starts a fight/raises their voice at others),taking care of kids,and keeping them happy and having fun doing arts and crafts.
