Why do you want to work as a nanny?

I have worked with babies & small children as long as I can remember. I started working as a chill are giver when I was 12 in the church nursery. I worked with 2-3 year olds & infants when needed. I also worked at a daycare where I moved to every room & worked with all the children, infants - 13 years old. Last summer I had a babysitting job where I kept 3 girls, ages 3, 8, 10. I kept them all day. From the time they woke to the time I put them to bed. I took them to their extra activities & we also went to the park, swimming pool, movies, & anything else they wanted to do within reason. I occasionally babysit a 2 year old little girl that I have kept since she was 4 months old. I have lots of experience with all ages of children.

I'm very outgoing & friendly. I love children & would take care of any child as if they were my own. Their safety would be my top concern & I could promise they would be in the best care. I'm an easy going person & I have patience. Babies & children have always been my love & I've always wanted to work with them. I'll be attending the University of Central Arkansas in the fall & plan on majoring in nursing where I then want to become a NICU nurse. Once again, I'd be working with babies which has always been my dream. I'm a very committed person & like I said before, I would take care of any child as if they were my own.
