Why do you want to work as a nanny?

I have watched children from under 1 year old to 9 years old. I usually only watch one child at a time but have watched up to 3 at a time. The children that I watch are usually children of friends/family. However, I really do enjoy it so that is why I joined this website!

Attitude and work ethic

I believe a positive attitude goes a long way. I enjoy spending time with the children by playing board games, watching movies, playing with barbies/dolls/action figures or any other interests that the children may have. I believe it is important to form a bond with the children that I am watching as well as form a bond with the parents. I also do believe that some discipline is necessary if a child is misbehaving. However, I do not believe in hitting/spanking children, so rest assured that I would never do that! :-)
