Why do you want to work as a nanny?

I have recently worked as an independent art instructor to approximately forty 4-12 year old children. I have also worked with infants, two-year-old triplets, and elementary age-children. I bring creativity and adventures into my childcare responsibilities, and I love to help children explore their interests and gifts. My purse is usually full of books, dress-up, cars, and construction paper! I understand, however, that planning and organization are important as well, and I strive to balance creativity and structure. I am very flexible, and I believe working with children is a privilege that should be characterized by joy!
