i have worked with a special needs child for a a year also i have been with one family for 5 yrs from the lil girl was 6 weeks old and also worked with families from different countries i would be a great nanny for any kind loving family because i put the needs of the family first and make it my responsible to make the child/children feel as though the love and affection is of great quality and xactly what mamma would do
