One thing that every family and every Buffalo nanny may want to do with the kids is to visit the Buffalo Zoological Gardens. This is actually one of the oldest zoos in the country and covers more than 23 acres. There are more than 1,000 animals to see and many of them are very rare. You and the kids will all enjoy seeing the animals, learning about them and their homelands, and being a part of this historical zoo.

Another great place for the Buffalo nanny to bring the kids is the Buffalo Museum of Science. There are many great exhibits, some of them temporary and some of them permanent. Some of the moving exhibits include The Body, Sesame Street, and Dinosaur Robotics. You and the kids will all be thrilled with the hands-on opportunities and the things you can learn when you visit this great place.

You may also want to take a day to spend at Darien Lake Resort. This magnificent park is both a theme park and a water park and has many rides and attractions to satisfy both the Buffalo nanny and the kids in her care. There is a fine selection of roller coasters, more water rides than most water parks have, and a relaxing lazy river for you to lounge in on a tube and float along. There are also shows and other attractions including gift shops, laser light displays, and concerts.
